Villa Perka

Villa Perka is the family run stone house surrounded by pine woods, olive groves and flower gardens. Its interior was fully renovated in 2007.
From its slightly elevated position, 200 m from the sea it commands superb, relaxing views of the islands and the endless blue sea that surrounds them. Behind, the house is sheltered by the St.Nikola's – the highest peak of the island.

There are 3 spacious apartments, each with separate entrance and large terrace with stunning seaview.Apartments consist of double bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and living room. Two of them have larder too.The fireplace and parking place are at everybodies disposal.
