Roca-house Dalmatian smoked ham
Roca, House Dalmatian smoked ham, manufacturing and restaurant project that stretches over 10 000 m2, the objective of the project is to offer visitors a complete picture of production of Dalmatian smoked ham from the pigs to the final product and all of this circle with catering.
We are free to introduce new tourism project in the County of Sibenik, in fact it is a farm, "Roca," which this summer opened its doors to visitors.
The main objective of ROCA Ltd. has been growing and processing of pork meat breed Yorkshire, Landrasse, Duroc, from which it gets proscuttio in traditional home production. In addition to the actual production of the basic concept of our valued visitors we can offer and consume our products in a beautiful Dalmatian tavern and olive groves.
The project is located and trade "ROCA", which in addition to its product offering provides a complete gastronomic offer of Dalmatian hinterland. Since the entire project done in the spirit of traditional Dalmatian heritage that we could approach this as a visitor I have created a biographical project "Ethno-house" and so esteemed visitors visually closer to the spirit of authentic Dalmatian family.
