The house is located in a quiet and peaceful place. The yard offers a view of Učka - the highest Istrian mountain. The house is 50 m away from the main road. Parking is provided in natural shade. The ground floor has a kitchen with dining area, living room and bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The living room opens onto a spacious courtyard that provides peace and privacy. You can enjoy yourself on the covered terrace, cool off in the swimming pool or sunbathe on the sun loungers. There is also a barbecue in the garden, and for children there are swings and football goals. Only 2 km away is the center with all amenities. The nearest beach is 5 km away - Plomin Luka (a small fishing village where there is no crowd). The beach is pebbly, landscaped, and on the beach you can refresh yourself in a small "beach bar". The larger tourist town of Rabac is 15 km away. In Rabac you can enjoy numerous tourist attractions, sunbathe on beautifully landscaped beaches (beaches marked with the "Blue Flag"), swim in the crystal blue sea. Pets are allowed at an additional cost.
